Your pathway · Employees

Help build the team behind every ripple.

Future team members will help turn a community-first idea into reliable, thoughtful support. Roles will span guidance, coordination and administration as the project develops.

Your role

You will help people navigate their next steps and keep the programme organised. Responsibilities, recruitment and training will be confirmed before roles open.

Our promise to you

We will aim for clear responsibilities, supportive training and safeguarding-led practice. No vacancies or employment terms are confirmed yet.

How it will unfold

A rough shape rather than a fixed timetable — you set the pace, and we will confirm the detail with you before anything begins.

  1. 1

    Register your interest

You tell us the kind of work you would like to do and how you prefer to work. This is not an application and commits you to nothing.

  2. 2

    Roles designed and confirmed

Responsibilities, hours, pay and reporting lines will be written up and advertised before any role opens.

  3. 3

    Training and safeguarding

Everyone joining will be trained in our boundaries-first approach before meeting any participant.

  4. 4

    First days

You start with a supervisor to talk to, a written role description, and time to learn the community you are serving.

This pathway will suit you if

  • You want community-first work where relationships matter more than targets.
  • You can hold a boundary kindly and say clearly what you cannot do.
  • You are comfortable with both people and paperwork — follow-up is part of the job.
  • You are happy to be trained in a peer-led, non-clinical model.

The time it will take

Roles are not confirmed yet. Part-time and full-time patterns, hours and pay will be published when each role is advertised.

What we will provide

  • A written role, supervision, and honest feedback.
  • Training in safeguarding, consent and signposting.
  • A small team where your name is known, not a call queue.
  • A clear line between guidance and clinical work.

Good to know

Are you hiring now?
Not yet. Interest helps us shape the roles and shows funders there is local demand for the team.
Do I need qualifications?
Lived experience, reliability and judgement will matter as much as certificates, and training will be provided.
Will you keep my details?
Your interest is counted anonymously as evidence of local need, and we will contact you only if you ask us to.
Where will you be based?
Across communities across the UK, with a sanctuary space and digital support at the centre.
“One pebble, dropped with care, will reach further than you would ever expect.”
