Your pathway · Pebbles

A little support. A direction of your own.

You will choose a personal goal and work towards it through a free, personally guided 90-day programme. You will decide whether digital support, in-person sessions or a blend feels right for you.

Your role

Your role will be to explore what matters to you, take manageable steps and shape your own pace. You will not need to have everything figured out before you begin.

Our promise to you

We will listen without judgement, respect your boundaries and offer practical encouragement. This will be peer-led self-help, not therapy or clinical care.

How it will unfold

A rough shape rather than a fixed timetable — you set the pace, and we will confirm the detail with you before anything begins.

  1. 1

    A first, anonymous conversation

You tell us what would help most right now. No name and no email is needed — just your answers, and how you would like us to reach you when the programme opens.

  2. 2

    Anchor · days 1–30

You settle in, choose one goal that genuinely matters to you, and agree how you want to take part: digitally, in person, or both.

  3. 3

    Matrix · days 31–60

You take practical steps with a guide beside you, and we connect you to local help where it is useful — always with your consent.

  4. 4

    Sovereign · days 61–90

You plan what comes next so the direction stays yours, and you decide how much contact you want to keep after that.

This pathway will suit you if

  • You would like support now, but not therapy.
  • You want to set your own pace and keep control of your own story.
  • Local services feel confusing, and you would like someone to help you find the right door.
  • You would rather use an alias until you decide otherwise.

The time it will take

Around an hour or so a week, plus whatever sessions you choose. Nothing is compulsory, and pauses are allowed.

What we will provide

  • A named guide who keeps in touch in the way you choose.
  • A short plan you help write, not one handed to you.
  • A warm sanctuary space, or support from home — whichever suits that week.
  • Plain language, reminders, and no jargon.

Good to know

Do I have to give my name or email?
No. You will choose an alias and a password to save your place. Your questionnaire answers stay anonymous and separate from your account.
What if life gets in the way?
Pause or stop at any time without explaining yourself. Your place and your own answers remain yours.
Will it cost anything?
The programme will be free for participants across communities across the UK.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes — a friend, family member or support worker is welcome at any session if you would find that helpful.
“One pebble, dropped with care, will reach further than you would ever expect.”
