Your pathway · Partners

Connect your organisation with local possibility.

Partners will help bridge the gap between residents and the professionals, spaces and opportunities around them. Conversations will explore where your contribution could make a meaningful difference.

Your role

You could offer spaces, skills, resources, referrals or sponsorship. We will agree the scope together rather than assume any commitment.

Our promise to you

Connections will be consent-led, with clear expectations and respect for each organisation’s responsibilities. We will not imply partnerships before they are agreed.

Choose your sector

Every partner is different. Choose the sector closest to your organisation to see how you will help, and what we will provide back.

Funders & sponsors

Evidence-first funding for a programme the community is already asking for.

How it will unfold

A rough shape rather than a fixed timetable — you set the pace, and we will confirm the detail with you before anything begins.

  1. 1

    A listening conversation

We begin by hearing what your organisation already does and where you see the gaps locally. No proposal and no paperwork needed to start.

  2. 2

    Agree the scope together

We set out in writing what you would offer, what we would do with it, and what neither side is signing up to.

  3. 3

    Make the contribution

You open up a space, a skill, a referral route or funding, and we put it to work with residents who need it.

  4. 4

    Review with honest numbers

You will see what your contribution reached, in anonymous counts and themes — never personal details.

This pathway will suit you if

  • You are a local business, landlord, charity, council team, training provider or health organisation.
  • You would rather enable and connect than be asked to run a programme.
  • You want reporting you can actually use, not a logo on a poster.
  • You care about consent, safeguarding and where people’s information goes.

The time it will take

A first conversation of about 30 minutes, then whatever you agree. Many partners will begin with a few hours a quarter.

What we will provide

  • A named contact and clear written expectations on both sides.
  • Consent-led referrals — people decide whether to be connected.
  • Plain reporting on reach and outcomes, with no personal data shared.
  • Recognition only if and when you ask for it.

Good to know

Do we need to commit money?
No. Space, skills, referrals and introductions all count as contributions, and several partners will begin without funding.
What will you do with our staff time?
Only what we agree in writing — a talk, a workspace, a placement, a warm referral. Nobody is asked to quietly fill a gap.
How will you show it worked?
With anonymous counts and themes: how many residents were reached, what they needed, and what changed.
Are you a council service?
No. Ripple Pebble Project will be an independent, community-led connector working alongside local services.
“One pebble, dropped with care, will reach further than you would ever expect.”
Isa Matias · Founder, Ripple Pebble Project
