Care that reaches further than the consulting room.

GP practices, mental-health teams, community health services and wellbeing organisations will help us reach people who are struggling quietly — before things reach crisis point.

Why your sector matters

Many people across the UK ask for help somewhere between a healthy life and a clinical one — a grey gap that health teams see every day but cannot fill within their own remit. Your sector's everyday insight will help our programme sit in that gap kindly, so people get support before they need a waiting list.

How you will help

Nothing here commits your organisation today. These are the ways we expect health & wellbeing partners to make the difference — agreed together, in writing, before anything begins.

1

Warm hand-offs

Pass on our details to patients or clients who need a little support and a direction, rather than another referral form.

2

Safe conversations

Help us shape guidance that respects clinical boundaries and never drifts into care your teams would not want imitated.

3

Sanctuary knowledge

Tell us which local spaces and services genuinely help, so our signposting stays honest and current.

4

Shared learning

Join occasional informal sessions so our guides and your staff understand each other's roles and limits.

What we will provide

  • A named contact and clear written expectations on both sides.
  • Consent-led connections — people decide whether to be linked with us.
  • Anonymised counts and themes showing what your community needed, never personal data.
  • Recognition only if and when you ask for it.

The time it will take

A first conversation of about 30 minutes, then whatever you agree. Many partners will begin with a few hours a quarter.

“One pebble, dropped with care, will reach further than you would ever expect.”
Isa Matias · Founder, Ripple Pebble Project
